I am having a problem, started about week and a half ago. I use four devices iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad. I use .Mac mail and Gmail, need the devices and the mail to get through the day.
My OS X devices work fine no problem with any mail accounts.
Both my iPad (3rd Generation iOS 9.3.5 and iPhone 6s 11.2.1 will not download .Mac mail using the Apple mail app, but both work fine with Gmail on the Apple Mail app.
I fowarded all my .Mac mail to my Gmail account so I do see under Gmail.
I installed Spark on both iOS devices and Spark will download .Mac mail with out a problem.
I have made several calls to Apple, case was escalated to senior staff and then to engineering, they don"t seem to have a clue.
Anybody else have this problem?
