Universal iOS music app alternative

Hello

I'm trying to find an alternative to the default music app; so that I can sync all my locally stored music, without the need for iTunes. I've recently moved from macOS to Linux Mint, and would prefer not to use Wine or a VM for iTunes.

I basically want to tell the app where my music is stored, and for the app to synchronize with that folder.

Any recommendations?
