Hey people,

I have an aspire v3-571g, intel core i5. Please, can I run any version of Mac OS on the computer via external hard drive i.e. boot from the external drive? My laptop has windows 7 installed

Anthony

*** Sorry, didt realise iOS is for phones etc. I mean Mac :p

So you mean have OSX installed on an external drive and boot the PC from it? If so then this is not possible.

Apple have done lots of things to stop you running OSX on non-apple hardware. It's why the Operating Systems are so cheap - they need the HW sales to make money, unlike Microsoft where windows is there primary earner.

Do mean iOS or OSX, you know they are two different things? The title is different from the post text.

I was told mac can run on intel computers? and if my computer HW is compatible, how would i do it?
