iOS 9.2 based device is exchanging data/file with a NAS device. Both devices are acting in the same local network. The NAS's brand is QNAP. For data exchange the QNAP proprietary iOS app is used: Qfile. Qfile provides off the box a file browser for browsing files downloaded from NAS. It includes also an on-board viewer for some common format files like JPEG, movie, pdf, so on. Qfile sets one folder in the ios device memory space as download folder. Its file browser roots by default to that download folder.

Any app from Apple house in App Store or 3rd party available to browse the files tree on iOS device and to structure them using directories?
Does any possibility exist to open the files downloaded by 3rd party app (like mentioned Qfile) using iOS / Apple native apps (Photos, PDF viewer, Movie, so on) ?
