Hi,

Yesterday, I took a picture in my home with my 4S running iOS 7.0.3

In my iOS photo stream, the picture seems to be tagged as "Home". It is strange because I never tagged my home location in iOS Maps or in OS X Maps.

I only have my address in my personal contact card in Contacts app.

Is it possible that iOS is able to match an address from Contacts app to the location of a picture?

Yes..not only is it possible, that's what it does. They are stock iOS apps, they can share information.
