I updated my wife’s iPhone 5 SE to iOS 11 back on Sept 19. The only issue the phone has is the Photos app won’t download photos in the cloud. We can see the thumbnail. However, the photo is stuck on “Preparing” and never downloads.
I’ve tried restarting the phone, updating to the newest version of iOS 11 and it’s still the same. Any tips on how to make the iOS Photos app usable again.
