iOS Provisioning Portal says
We are performing maintenance on the provisioning service. All provisioning requests will remain in pending status until maintenance is complete, at which time all pending requests will be automatically processed.
Any insights as to how long this tends to take? I'm trying to push out a beta to TestFlight ASAP.

You and me both brother, although mine isn't that critical. Just posting here to see if anyone has any idea, but in my few years of developer membership I have not seen this maintenance being performed, so I doubt there is a predictable timeframe

Well, I'm unlucky too to have all my profiles expired.

I wonder if they using the same web application framework as in store/iTunes (WebObjects). I work everyday with application written in it: if something breaks in this thing, recovery may take a long time :)

The portal is back up, but I have a profile that is sitting at pending. Anyone experiencing the same thing?
Yup.
Finally grabbed an older profile and used that. Make do for the moment, maybe everything will be back up by final release.
