*It's actually the authentic iPhone 4 so don't worry.

I got an iPhone 4 from my uncle in China but the problem is, well, the iOS installed in the phone is sort of the "China version" (which means no YouTube icon and there are some slight differences).

I was wondering if I do update the iOS (hopefully to the new iOS5 which will be available soon), will it be "restored" to the version people have here in the US (and the rest of the world)?

Thanks!
