iPhone iOS text manipulation is still awful

I really can’t understand why Apple keeps insisting that iOS is a great replacement for a regular computer. Even simple tasks like copying and pasting text or going back and cutting text out are a goddamned nightmare. Even placing the cursor is an unnecessarily difficult chore. I wonder if Apple has any plans to fix their text tools.

Don't have a problem with any of this. Although I have to admit, with the magnifying glass prior to iOS 13 it was a little easier to select text.
