What ever happened to the iOS process iChatAgent? Facetime came, not iChat
FM radio found its way onto the iPod Nano, but never made it onto the iPhone.

What if the iPhone home screen was like the iPad's Photos app with each page like an album (think pinch to "peek" gesture)
Widgets could come in a fashion similar to folders. The widget would just be an icon (for UI consistency) and when pressed it would 'split' the page, like folders currently work, except it would be a widget instead of app icons.
Since a stale UI is one of the biggest complaints about iOS right now, it is very likely that iOS 5 will bring a refreshed look and feel. Considering this and that from TV to Nintendo DS, technology is headed in the 3D direction, iOS 5 has the potential to be 3D.
