iOS Update and iTunes Update- Playlist Problems

Hi-
With the most recent iTunes and iOS updates my iPhone/iTunes syncing is driving me insane. Everytime I sync, I get duplicate playlists now, for example Playlist & Playlist 1. To do what I thought would solve this, I deleted the playlists from my iPhone and tried a sync. That effectively wiped the playlists from iTunes....

Anyone have a fix for this or experiencing the same thing?

I don't get dupe playlists but my playlists don't sync to match which is annoying. But yes I'm having these issues too. I posted a thread but no reply
