iOS Upgrade & Re-Jailbreak question

Hello,

I've been stuck in iOS 4.1 land for quite a while now and I want to upgrade to 4.3.3, and then jailbreak using the new Redsn0w.

I'd be really grateful if you could help a newbie out here and explain the process of doing this. I'm not exactly fussed about keeping any of my jailbroken apps etc, but it would be nice.

Is it as simple as this?

1. Upgrade to iOS 4.3.3 by downloading IPSW and restoring iPhone
[Jailbreak is now gone]
2. Follow the usual guide to jailbreaking with Redsn0w.

Download a package in Cydia called Pkgbackup. Read the instructions as detailed in the Cydia dialog page before you download. It will backup all of your Cydia apps, tweaks, and themes.

Btw, some of you people need to stop being so snarky and unhelpful in these forums. If someone who is clearly new to jailbreaking or don't know the ins and outs of doing so, this is what these forums are for. I've found so much great information from it - some by searching, and some by asking questions and getting answers.
