IOS upgrade verification failed

Hi. I have ios 9.1 on my ipad. I was beta testing and ended my beta enrollment via the apple website, and do NOT have a "profiles" option in my settings to remove the beta profile. When i use my ipad I get a message about an upgrade to 9.1 beta 5. When I click on upgrade, I get a message the upgrade can not be verified. I connected to itunes and am told I have the latest IOS, yet I can't get rid of the notification on the ipad.

Please help!
