I just got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13 and am out on a videoshoot for 3 weeks.
Turns out that I bought FilmicPro with a new AppleID I created for my startup and I thought I knew the password but apparently not. it is written down in a book 1,000 miles away from me... (Had no clue that I'd need an AppleID when I left home.)
So how does the built in Camera app compare to FilmicPro.
To be honest, after using FilmicPro on my iPhone 6S Plus for a few weeks before my phone died, I think the app sucks...
The UI is poorly designed, hard to use, God help you if you need to *quickly* adjust a setting on-the-fly (e.g. driving down the interstate at 80mph, actions hot, etc).
At this point in my learning, the only thing I liked about FilmicPro was that it allows me to set the shutter speed at 1/48sec which is suppsoed to give you anold-fashioned film look.
Since it looks like I am SOL re-installing FilmicPro onto my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I am wondering how big of a deal that is while I am out interviewng people??
As long as I lock the Camera.app's auto-exposure, will that be enough for now?
Or am I going to hate myself when I get home from my videoshoot?
