iOS14.6/7 and battery widget not showing both Hearing Aids if using two.

Hi. Can anyone else who uses MFI Hearing aids confirm if both hearing aids(if you use two) display in the battery widget. Since 14.6 and now 14.7 I sometimes get both displayed or most times get only one displayed.

Is there a setting I need to check out or is it a bug?

iPhone is a 12 Pro Max 256gb.
