No one knows yet, the only info we got was apple saying it would "be a couple of weeks".

I've had 4.0.1 for a week now! Where have you been?

P.S. It did fix my antenna issues.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A293 Safari/6531.22.7)

The update sucks. It doesn't allow me to type the word a n t e n n a OR r e c e p t i o n. Strange.

i heard if you set your clock to 2011 it forces the update

I can confirm this works. Can we change the title to say CONFIRMED or OFFICIAL? Since I can confirm that if you set your date to sometime 2011 you get the update (that's how I have had it for a week). Thanks.

Don't forget to get the bumper for your monitor. That is the only way that the update will come through iTunes.

You left out that you need to format and reinstall windows/osx to clear old the old itunes and ios4 version THEN set your clock to 2011.

another unknown trick, if you set your clock to July 2012 you will get iOS6. Same thing still applies, must reinstall both your OS and iTunes on your PC/Mac

iOS 4.1 includes the long awaited singletasking

IT also include the antenna fix.

Here is a pic of the iPhone running 4.0.1

No, that didn't work for me. I had to set my computer's clock to yesterday, then I got it. BTW can anyone tell me how to get rid of my forum signature?
