iOS4 update..Blurry pics.

I updated to the iOS4 last night on my 3gs. I noticed that all my photos that are synced through iTunes are now blurry. Only pics that look right are the ones taken with the iPhone. Anybody else notice this issue?

I had the same problem. Just deselect your albums, synchronize and reselect the albums & synchronize. It seems the phone must 'receive' them anew.
