iOS4 Wi-Fi Signal Problem

Since upgrading to iOS4, I have noticed im only getting 2 bars of WiFi reception as opposed to the full 3 bars, anyone else noticing this ?

Lucky you ... I can't even get my 3GS to connect to hotel's wifi at all!!

Going to try a DFU restore tonight but going to be very stuck if it doesn't help as i don't really get a cell signal there so rely on wifi
