Does it change baseband?

I wanna see if it's usable now, but only if I can downgrade again
 
Don't know about baseband, but it's definately the best beta. Very very fast. No lag what so ever. Found no bugs yet. So just upgrade :)

Edit: My basebanomen beta 4 is: 04.11.06
 
Yes it does; but downgrading via iTunes to 4.3.4 --read: not using TinyUmbrella-- will also downgrade the baseband back to stock.
