iOS5 beta battery life and network activity

Since doing OTA update to the latest beta my iPhone4 gets pretty warm and battery life has really dropped off (had to charge 3 times yesterday). Then today I go over my carriers data allowance and I never do that. Looks like there is a lot of network activity going on for some reason which is pushing the power requirements up.

Going to restore from ipsw when I get home to see if that fixes it.

Anyone else had this?

Are you on beta 7?
Cause I had horrible battery life on beta 3 and 4, yet it seems to be improved now on beta 7.
