iOS5 causing service problems?

Every since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS5 the cell service on my phone loses service for about a minute and then gets it back again for a minute and then loses it again. It eats up the battery and makes using it impossible especially for phone calls. This happening to anyone else?
