ios5 GM software update

I updated to the GM version yesterday and was looking around in the settings. I went to software upgrade and received the error in the picture. Is this because they are waiting for the final release....i havent seen this error before and i have upgraded all through the betas....

Over the air will probably not be working until next week with the official release.
