iOS5 Notification icons in status bar

I know this has been discussed before, but most of the stuff I saw was from pre-iOS5.

Is there any free JB app that will allow me to have notifications in my status bar (like the Android method)?

None that I know of. Just wait awhile though. I am sure Apple will eventually steal it from Android and add it to iOS at some point like they did the notification center.

Oh yeah... Because Google invented everything themselves, and every other company is just copying Google.
