iOS5 syncing between iPad and iPhone not working

Hello,

I have all my notes, reminders, calendar etc setup on my iPhone. I'd also like these on my iPad. I have got everything setup right (and all turned on in settings).
I've also tried to initiate the sync by adding new things.
So far no dice.. Any idea why it's not going to the iPad but is others? TIA
