Is there such a JB tweak? And if not, could one be created? This would be useful for everything from sharing pictures on FB to links or whatever. The best would be a choice between them (maybe adding the FB button into the UI), but I would definitely pay $5 or $6 to replace the Twitter button with a FB one.

Not quite what you're looking for but perhaps look into qTweeter ? This is IMO more useful than even the "deep" Twitter integration of iOS 5.
im sure one can be created, but most devs will wait for iOS 5 to be official before you see a tonne of tweaks for iOS 5, maybe there will be something like that maybe not but i do think its possible if someone wanted to make that
