Hi all,

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS5 beta 3. I've heard that the beta 4 update is available as an OTA update right from the phone, but I can't find anywhere? I go to Settings > General > Software Update and it says "Checking for new version" for a few seconds and then says "iOS 5.0 Your software is up to date". What am I missing?

I am pretty sure apple retracted the OTA update for some bug or something. You can still update via the IPSW file because you are a developer right?

Yeh, my second dev phone didn't have it there when I tried it later on, but I got it in the end by downloading it from apple. I think it was even faster that way, OTA update took ages to complete.

That would explain it then! Thanks!

Yes I can download the full ipsw in the dev center but I was looking forward to see how the OTA update worked. Oh well.
