Anybody had experienced this? (Complete with the ability to "hide" purchase)

It's a newly restored iOS 6 on an iPad 3, like Apple server recognize the iOS 6 as iOS 5, happened after "Can't connect to iTunes Store" Message, other iPad with iOS 6 looks how it should be

The new layout of IOS 6 is the major stopper that preventing me to upgrade to iOS 6 up until Sep 18th (IOS 7 forced me to upgrade to iOS 6, because I don't want to upgrade to iOS 7 yet, while many apps start requiring at least iOS 6)
