IOS6 Settings Options

Why do you think Apple has not created quicker access to basic and most-used settings options. IMO, there should be options in Notification Center to toggle Wifi, Location Services, 3G/Edge. Now with the second iteration of Siri, I see nothing about "Siri, turn off Wifi.

Why is Apple ignoring this when Android has had it for a while. Apple's settings menu is so tedious to navigate. Do you think I should jailbreak my iphone when the new one comes out in the Fall?

Apple drives many of their enhancements off the feedback form on their website. Most likely reason to not get tweaks like this is no one is asking them for them...

apple has released many subtle tweaks that many have requested for years, so it may come with enough demand.

though the problem with asking siri to turn off wifi, or turn on airplane mode, means siri may not function, so what would be the point when you have to turn back on manually....
