Does Apple traditionally release the updates to the iDevices on the day of the keynotes, or the actual day of release? I just wanna make sure when I will or won't be able to get it.

They did with ios 5, soon after the keynote.

Does anyone think we'll see some unreleased features tomorrow?

Something that wasn't discussed or leaked so far?

GM will be released tomorrow. I bet they launch iOS 6 next wed. to give a good 2 days of leeway before all the new iphones hit the servers.

We'll get the GM during or slightly after the keynote, but don't expect iOS6 on your devices for another week and a half - even longer depending on what Apple have in store.

I pray that the stupid restriction of not beeing able to download apps larger than 50MB is removed.
Also all other restrictions of what's allowed over 3G (Facetime is the only one I've seen confirmed).
