ios6 will not install on new iPad

I have a new iPad +cellular. I have had my UDID added by a developer and have downloaded the ios6 file. I am trying to to the restore but it keeps giving me an error that the firmware is not compatible.
I have downloaded it from 2 different sources in case there was a problem with the file but still no joy.
This is the file name:
iPad3,2_6.0_10A5316k_Restore - iMZDL.com.ipsw
Does anybody have any suggestions or can point me to another source?

3,2 is cdma

"iPad3,3_6.0_10A5316k_Restore.ipsw" is the one I am using for my iPad (ATT LTE)

Does anybody have any suggestions or can point me to another source?

Why is there iMZDL.com before .ispw? Did you use a website to add your UDID to the dev program?
