IOS7 Email Issue Will not send on Iphone 5

Have iPhone 5 , 4S , ipad2 all updated to IOS 7.0.2
Can not send email on iPhone 5 goes to out box and stays.Receive error message cannot find persons account.
However all mail functions work on iPhone 4S and ipad2
Same settings on all 3 devices any ideas ?

Try deleting the account and recreating?
 
My wife is currently having the same problem trying to send emails. She hits send but it doesn't send. Eventually she gets a message saying her email account user ID or password is incorrect.

User ID and passwords are correct.
I tried deleting her email account and then readding it. Still won't send.

No problem receiving, just sending.

Tried to fiddle with the stmp settings but the options are greyed out and I can't edit them.
