iOS8 Battery life: remember the tips

Regarding the posts about short battery life with iOS8. I wonder how many folks "forgot" that they disabled things like background app refresh, GPS services on less important apps, and other tips. In other words, maybe iOS8 is fine and users who are complaining are just running everything "wide open."

There are some apps that use all the memory even if you are not using them like Facebook.

As they say here is you disable some apps your battery will last longer.


I don't have any issues with the battery on the iphone 6, maybe because I don't use facebook or other apps like SnapChat.
