iOS8 Battery usage feature request

Hi there,

I was wondering if a developer could request a couple of features to Apple (or numerous developers could request) using possibly the bug reporting feature in iOS8 or any other method that may be possible:

1. In battery usage stats, could we please get percentage for apps since "last full charge" apart from "last 24 hours" and "last 7 days".

2. Could we get a percentage for "Screen on time" like in Android.
