iOS8 funkyness when viewing photos in W7 Exporer

Anyone else see this? Plug 5C into W7 to view photos and I get this up top with my pictures about a screen below. Only started doing this on iOS8.

Just tested on my Win 7 PC at work with my iPhone 5 on the latest iOS and no issue. Worked through various view options on the PC and all worked as expected.

Yeah, never did this before, until I updated to iOS8... Works fine, but kind of strange.
