iOS8 Messages Issues

Wife upgraded to 8 this week. Now her text messages show up from her ID rather than her phone number or name.

Also, her group texts are messed up. She doesn't see the message itself, but sees others responses to the original message.

Tried resetting network setting and no change.

Any ideas? Thanks!
