ios9.1 PB1 Proactive Search

I have seen multiple threads on proactive search but none seem to answer much so i will just ask this question for those who have the 9.1 public beta.

Are you able to see sports scores, weather and things like that? I am outside the us but my phone is setup as United States and my AppStore is US.

I am able to see results from inside apps like Mail, safari (bookmarks but no actual search results) and other apps that have already been updated with those features. I cant see sports scores if I type a team name, nor weather, stocks, bing results etc.

let me now if this is a known issue or regional and i will not be able to use it.
