When using most apps (E.g., Spotify, Music, news apps), volume is acceptable and can be adjusted using either the physical buttons or the on screen volume slider.
When watching You Tube videos, either in the app or through the browser, the volume can only be adjusted using the buttons. Even in this case, the volume is much lower than in other apps. Dragging the on screen volume slider has no impact on volume.
