iOS9 and Airplay to Apple TV 2: No Screen Mirroring Option

After updating to iOS9 I've noticed that the screen mirroring option for Airplay is no longer appearing on my iPad. Before I would be able to stream the video to my Apple TV 2 via screen mirroring from Safari and also natively in the Airplay icon from Amazon Video. No video/screen mirroring option is available anymore from Safari or any other apps, only audio.

Has anyone else experienced this?
