In the old iOS keyboards, if you held down the shift key while typing, then your text would be capitalised (note - not by using caps lock by double tapping shift, but holding down shift with one finger and typing with another). In the new iOS9 keyboard, this works pretty much the same except when auto-capitalisation is active. With auto-capitalisation on, the shift key is turned on by default at the start of a sentence, but when I try to type the first word in all-caps (eg. trying to type the word LOL), holding the shift key has the opposite desired effect, instead turning the shift key OFF while I type the word, and turning it back on after I let go.

I have tried and failed to find a solution, and am particularly surprised that no one else seems to be having this issue, or at least, nobody has even reported/noted this change. Is anyone else having this problem?
