Is anyone here familiar with this product? The reviews for the software on the App store seem to be all over the place, and they range from the "obviously doesn't have a clue what it's for" to the "expected it to replace $200 hardware".

I'm looking for something that can reliably do decent time lapse w/ my dSLR on a prosumer budget, but I'm not sure if this is it or not. Any thoughts?

There is a cheaper (not as in QUITE cheaper) kickstarter project I saw a long time ago.

I just thought I'd stop by and show you another option.

There is another more capable device I saw back in the day as well on kickstarter but it was like $150 or something (blah!).

Oh and by the way, I just use this, with my t3i.
