Whenever I load up cydia, it seems to be saying "host unreachable" or something or other...

ahhh...
I take it I need to use winSCP to remove the source from cydia then?

Umm, you should just be able to click Manage and Sources and remove it from there.

It seems to not want to let me as it is a source "installed by package".
So when you click on edit, its only the sources "entered by user" that I can delete.
