iP 5 screen sensitivity

Is it just me, or iOS9? Since installing the PB iOS9 on my iP5, the touch screen is not as sensitive as it was before. Perhaps it's the apps running in PB 9 and they're not optimized for the newer system yet? Anyone else having touch screen issues with their iP5 and PB9?

there has been some kind of adjustment recently, not just 9 beta but even to 8.4. i have noticed it needing successive touches even when tapping it in exactly the same place.
