IP Privacy Software For Mac OS X

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me of any software which will run on Mac OS X 10.5.5 which will hide my private IP address details whilst using the internet and sending e-mail through 'Mail' and 'Mozilla Thunderbird'?

It's more the hiding my private IP address in e-mail headers that I would like to find out about.

Any suggestions would be great, whether they cost money or are free.
