I was wondering if any of you PC tech related people can help me out. I mvoed up to airport, so I'm giving my old ethernet router to a friend of mine. He wants to split an ethernet conection between two PCs, and I was wondering if there is an easy solution ala the Internet Sharing in OS X. Will he need additional software or even a second IP? This is not my area, so all help would be nice.

Thanks,

All I did to share internet with my XP box and my iBook was to create a small home or office network on the PC, turn on internet sharing and remote login on the Mac and that's about it.

What OS's are the PCs using?

Sorry to start this and then log off for a day...

Anyway, one of the PC is ruing ME, and the other 98. I can't even get the computers to see each other on the network. I know the router is fine because I had it hooked up with Macs and it worked like a charm.
