switcher but i don't install additional anything. just i scroll left side on dock
I think what's being said is that that function is available on 4-4.1 but only in the switcher (when you bring up multitasking by double checking the home button).
I haven't tried 4.2.1 on an iphone 4 yet, but I guess what the OP is saying is its a new function that can be "swiped" on the dock itself.

You can't do that on the stock 4.2.1. I'm fairly certain there is a jailbreak tweak to allow this on the dock. Not sure what it's called though.

It's not jailbreak tweak ! becauze I have following jailbreak app only.
1. iFile
2. Multifl0w
3. Safari DL manager
4. SBRotator <- which is disable at the moment
5. Winterboard
6. FakeOperator
7. AndroidLock XT
8. Activator &
9. ScrollingBoard

It is a jailbreak tweak, you listed it yourself. Item number 9 in your post! Scrollingboard is the cydia app that gives that function. Go to your setting and choose scrollingboard the very first option is for "scrolling dock"' then under that choice is the iPod controls, page indicator (for the dock) etc.,
There is also add ons for that, for example, "docaddon sbsettings"

I've said it before and I'll say it again - stay WELL clear of apps from @Limneos. SBRotator, LSRotator and ScrollingBoard are bug ridden alphas (betas at best)
Whats your deal with @Limneos? I've never had an issue with his apps. They all work very well for me.
Nothing personal directed at him, his apps tho are terrible. The JB community would be a better world w/o someone sending out 'cool' apps, which more or less require daily bug fixes.
Do you see chpwn, thebigboss, Will Strafach or ashikase updating their apps that often? Wonder why?
