I don't understand.....if the CEO of Apple states that there is NO issue with the hardware/software in regards to all these reports of antenna reception issues, then why does Apple (in-store or via Apple customer service) let people return their iP4's and give them new ones? You usually only do that if there IS A PROBLEM.

Correct me if i'm not getting this..... :confused:
