ip4 screen acting weird, help!

ive had a pretty flawless ip4 (unlocked and jailbreak/tmobile) up until yesterday - when i swipe at certain parts of screen it doesnt swipe correctly, when i try to move apps on my main screen it wont let me move some of them in a certain direction and then when i click on a button it will either click another button on top or somethin on the bottom. this all happened after i downloaded the kindle app, instagram and the snitcher app (im not sure if this is related).

at this point should i do a restore? if so, how can i do a restore without losing my unlock and jailbreak?

i'm guessing you deleted those apps and the problem still occurs?

yes i deleted them and its still the same

how do i do a hard reset? will this erase my unlock or files?

Hold the power button & home button for about 15 seconds, then release and hit the power button as normal like you turn the phone on.

it will not erase your unlock or files.
