My IP4 is unlocked (baseband 1.59.00) and jailbroken on 4.0. Is there a way to update to 4.2, keep my phone unlocked and jailbroken?

Thanks.

There is no way to go 4.2.1 and keep the baseband to unlock yet for the iPhone 4.

If you have the SHSH saved for either 4.0.1/4.0.2/4.1 you can used PwnageTool to upgrade (you must own a Mac though).

Sorry but not, currently there is not way. 4.2.1 have a "new" baseband check that make the upgrade failed if the BB is not updated, and none of the tool have been update to get you out of recovery mode after that failure. Some people have reported success using TU and doing a update (instead of restore) but this are random cases that haven't been confirmed.

Hang a bit longer, something will be release soon
