When I plug in my phone to my macbook, not all playlists appear in the music tab for syncing. Genius bar was no help. I'm sure you guys and gals are smarter!

Thoughts?

Still have the problem....

Here's a little more info.

All playlists appear on the left sidebar (under playlists). Some do not appear under the music tab on the iphone.

I've posted this on the apple support forum -- no help there.

You need to offer as much details (maybe some screenshots) as you can if you want some help, I am not even sure if I understand your issue.

Maybe obvious, but since not much info is available I'll ask, do you have the "all songs and Playlist" on the Music tab?

Screen shot attached. As you can see, not all playlists on my macbook appear in the playlist window to be synced to the iphone.

What OS are you running?
what FW are you using 4.0 or 4.0.1?
what iTunes version? most recent?
is that computer Authorized for all those songs (itunes Auth)?
Did you restore from a jailbroken backup?

It does seen weird, I am just trying to narrow down the issues

OS 10.5.8
FW 4.0.1
Most recent iTunes
Yes, authorized for all songs
Not restored from jailbroken phone

THANKS FOR TRYING TO HELP!
