We record a video on my friends on iPhone 5 and I want to put the full quality verison of the video on my MacBook Pro. The problem is I don't want to sync my stuff on his iPhone when I plug his phone in to my MBP. So my question is how can put the full quality HD video on my computer without syncing his stuff to my MBP?

----------

I tried sending iMessage but its not the full quality of the video. (Yes, I was connected to wifi)

----------

When I plug in my friends phone it tries to sync with my stuff on iTunes. I don't want that.

Your Mac won't sync other phones when plugged in. It will only sync authorized phones. So no problem.

Just plug the phone in, open Image Capture (spotlight it), choose his iPhone and drag the movie to your desktop.
